Following the governments update on the 10th of May and new guidelines from The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy we can offer face to face consultations if deemed appropriate. In all cases a video consultation must be carried out in the first instance to establish if a face to face consultation is necessary and appropriate.

We have updated infection control measures so you know what to expect should you need to attend the clinic for treatment. Prior to your attendance on the initial video consultation we will discuss with you the risks involved in attending the clinic for treatment so you are informed and can give consent.

We understand many people will be keen to attend in person as restrictions are changed. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of everyone at the clinic patients and staff alike and face to face consultations will only be offered where deemed appropriate.

Online consultations are a great way of getting an understanding of what the problem is and how best to self manage to improve the situation or prevent it from getting worse. Here’s a link as to what to expect from an online consultation.
